Ashley Ates is an analyst with SECURUS Strategic Trade Solutions, LLC. She serves in the SECURUS strategic trade control and chemical security programs.
Ms. Ates specializes in foreign trade regulations in Southeastern Europe and the Middle East and chemical security regulations in Southeast Asia. Ms. Ates has evaluated and provided recommendations to governments on trade regulations, customs controls, and border security in Southeastern Europe, and she has performed an extensive review of foreign trade regulations in Iraq. Ms. Ates has consulted with government officials in countries throughout Southeastern Europe on strategic trade control.
Ms. Ates has a bachelor’s degree in global studies with a minor in political science from Midwestern State University in Texas.
