Isabella Black

Izzy is a researcher with SECURUS Strategic Trade Solutions, LLC. She contributes to SECURUS projects dealing with export controls and sanctions in Eastern Europe.

In addition to her work with SECURUS, Izzy is a graduate instructor in the Department of History at Midwestern State University, has served as the chief of staff on a U.S. congressional campaign and campaign manager on a Wichita Falls City Council campaign, and has held internships with the Center for Digital History at the George Washington Library and a U.S. congressional campaign.

Izzy is currently pursuing a master’s degree in history at Midwestern State University in Texas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in sociology from Midwestern State University.
