Lead Associate
Summary Job Description: The lead associate is a management-track staff member participating in the organization, oversight, and execution of projects and project tasks and the supervision of project staff. The lead associate serves as an assistant project manager or task manager and reports to a project manager.

Location: This position can be remote or based in the SECURUS North Texas office
Responsibilities:
Serves as assistant manager or task manager on one or more SECURUS projects, including oversight of project or task staff, deadlines, metrics, and deliverables
Provides guidance, support, and mentoring to other SECURUS staff members, as necessary and appropriate
Performs research, analysis, and writing and designs and develops training curricula on one or more SECURUS projects
Engages in business development activities, including grant and cooperative agreement proposal writing and marketing, as necessary
May engage in product development activities
May lead SECURUS international travel teams
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a field related to foreign trade regulation, nonproliferation, strategic trade control, commercial trade compliance, legal analysis, or related law enforcement
Education: Graduate degree, or bachelor’s degree coupled with significant relevant work experience
Salary Range: $63,000-$75,000 plus benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holiday and annual leave, and retirement savings plan)

Associate

Salary Range: $40,000-$52,000 plus benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holiday and annual leave, and retirement savings plan)
